Production

The Fenno exhaust system production process begins with a coil of ALZN-coated metal sheet. Our state-of-the art production machinery transforms these sheets into durable, high-quality ALZN-coated exhausts and mufflers. FennoSteel Oy does not use subcontractors for manufacturing. We handle the production process in its entirety so that we can ensure consistent quality control and assume full responsibility for the final product. We have achieved the ISO 9001 certificate and continue to work to these high standards. All of our new exhausts comply with the regulations of directive 70/157/ETY. Our computer-controlled tube bending machines are extremely precise, as is our automatic seaming and flange perforating machinery. Our main resource in producing high-quality ALZN-coated exhausts is our professional personnel who bring a wealth of steel handling expertise. At our production plant, material flow has been optimised so that there is no need for buffer storage. This makes the production of individual batches flexible and fast.
